Why Universal Rehab in Houston

What Home-Health Nursing Looks Like in Houston
Houston's hospital systems discharge huge daily volumes that home-health nursing picks up. The home-health caseload across the metro includes complex post-surgical patients, cardiac rehab patients, oncology patients transitioning home, and medically fragile kids — major Houston anchors include Houston Methodist and MD Anderson Cancer Center, among many others. Your week might include a ventilator patient in Pearland, a wound-vac case in Memorial, an infusion therapy visit in Katy, and a Medicare SOC in Clear Lake. The variety keeps clinical skills sharp; the one-on-one time keeps the work meaningful.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Caseload size you control — full-time, part-time, or per-diem
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- OASIS support from senior clinicians when you need it
- Proprietary mobile EMR with nursing-specific templates
- Continuing-education support for wound, infusion, and case-management specialty certifications
- Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
