About the Role
As a San Antonio PTA, you deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, and transfer training to home-health patients. Weekly payroll and steady home-health caseload across the San Antonio metro, with bilingual patient demographics that reward bilingual clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed PT interventions in patients’ homes
- Progress patients under PT supervision
- Document every visit in our mobile EMR
- Maintain active communication with supervising PTs
- Educate bilingual caregivers on home exercise programs
- Cover assigned sub-areas
- Participate in team in-services
Requirements
- Active Texas PTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong documentation skills
