Why Universal Rehab in San Antonio
San Antonio is one of the largest bilingual healthcare markets in the country, and home-health PT here benefits enormously from clinicians who meet patients in their language. Our physical therapy service line operates on one-on-one time, no productivity caps, and real interdisciplinary collaboration — the things San Antonio clinicians often tell us their current clinic roles don't offer.
What Physical Therapy Looks Like in San Antonio
San Antonio's healthcare footprint includes University Hospital (University Health) as Bexar County's public teaching hospital, plus Methodist Healthcare System, Baptist Health System, and a significant military healthcare presence at Brooke Army Medical Center and Wilford Hall. Our PTs see a remarkable caseload variety — post-surgical joint replacement, stroke recovery, cardiac rehab, chronic pain, and a substantial veteran patient population. The city's geography (Loop 410, Loop 1604, and the major arteries) is navigable, and sub-area coverage honors how your day actually flows.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Set your caseload — full-time, part-time, or per-diem
- Sub-area coverage options: Medical Center, North Central, North East (Stone Oak / Live Oak), South Side, or New Braunfels corridor
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- Proprietary EMR designed by clinicians
- 24/7 clinical support line
- Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
