About the Role

Our San Antonio OTs practice the full OT scope. You design plans, perform home safety assessments, collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, and document in our proprietary EMR. Bilingual clinicians are especially valued given the city’s patient demographics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat OT patients in their homes across Bexar County
  • Design plans for ADL retraining, upper-extremity rehab, cognitive recovery, and home safety
  • Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment
  • Support patients with emotional, psychological, and psychiatric disorders
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team on shared patients
  • Document visits in our proprietary EMR
  • Educate bilingual caregivers on transfers and adaptive strategies

Requirements

  • Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
  • Minimum 1 year clinical experience
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience with cognitive rehab, psychiatric OT, or IDD valued
