Why Universal Rehab in San Antonio

San Antonio's SLP market benefits hugely from bilingual clinicians, and our speech pathology service line integrates with dietitians and OTs for coherent, coordinated care. Home-health SLPs here often work in isolation; our model is different.

What Speech Pathology Looks Like in San Antonio

San Antonio's SLP caseload reflects a metro anchored by University Health, Methodist Healthcare, Baptist Health, and a significant military medical presence. Dysphagia caseload stays steady with stroke and Parkinson's volume; voice restoration work appears through the metro's oncology landscape; pediatric speech delay cases come up alongside Texas Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and San Antonio ISD programs. Cognitive-communication therapy is growing as San Antonio's population ages. Bilingual SLPs are in particular demand.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits

  • Caseload size you control
  • Weekly direct-deposit payroll
  • Proprietary EMR with SLP-specific templates
  • CEU support for dysphagia, voice, and AAC certifications
  • Interdisciplinary rounds with RDs and OTs
  • Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
