Speech-Language Pathologist — San Antonio, TX
About the Role
Our San Antonio SLPs work across the full SLP scope with real interdisciplinary collaboration. Shared-patient rounds with RDs and OTs happen routinely, and bilingual SLPs are essential in this market.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Coordinate dysphagia cases with our in-house registered dietitians
- Provide AAC evaluation and device training
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR
- Collaborate with OT, PT, and nursing on shared patients
- Educate bilingual patients and caregivers on home carryover
- Cover Bexar County and surrounding Hill Country suburbs
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP license + ASHA CCC
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Dysphagia experience valued
