Why Universal Rehab in Dallas
Dallas PTAs on our team get real clinical partnership — the PTs you're supervised under are reachable by phone, case notes are current, and the EMR works on your phone. Our physical therapy practice treats assistants as full team members. That's harder to find in home-health than it should be.
What PTA Work Looks Like in Dallas
PTA caseload in Dallas is as varied as the metro itself. Morning post-surgical knee replacement in Richardson, afternoon gait training with a stroke patient in Lake Highlands, then a balance-and-fall-prevention visit in East Dallas. Hospital systems across the metro — Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health Presbyterian, and UT Southwestern Medical Center — anchor a steady stream of post-acute orthopedic, cardiac, and neuro home-health needs. Dallas geography also means you can logically structure your week — North Dallas one day, East Dallas the next, without crisscrossing the metro.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Flexible full-time, part-time, or per-diem scheduling
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- Sub-area coverage preferences respected
- Proprietary mobile EMR
- Real referral incentive program for active clinicians
- Access to supervising PTs — no gatekeepers
