About the Role
As a Lubbock-area OTA, you carry out OT plans of care, document in our EMR, and partner with supervising OTs. Geographic flexibility across Lubbock County and the surrounding South Plains catchment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OT interventions prescribed by supervising OTs
- Document patient visits in our proprietary EMR
- Maintain active communication with OTs
- Educate caregivers on transfers and daily-living strategies
- Progress patients through OT plans
- Cover Lubbock and South Plains catchment
- Participate in team in-services
Requirements
- Active Texas OTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation comfortable with West Texas distances
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable with mobile EMR
