Physical Therapist Assistant — Lubbock, TX
About the Role
As a Lubbock-area PTA, you deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, and transfer training to home-health patients, document in our proprietary mobile EMR, and stay in active communication with supervising PTs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed PT interventions in patients’ homes
- Progress patients under PT supervision
- Document every visit in our mobile EMR
- Maintain active communication with supervising PTs
- Educate caregivers on home exercise programs
- Cover Lubbock and surrounding South Plains catchment
- Participate in team in-services
Requirements
- Active Texas PTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation comfortable with West Texas distances
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
