Clinical Social Worker — Dallas, TX
About the Role
Our Dallas LCSWs practice the full clinical social work scope — individual and family psychotherapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, substance use, and behavior planning for IDD. You coordinate with our medical team so behavioral health stays integrated with physical recovery, not siloed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments in patients’ homes or via secure telehealth
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Coordinate with our in-house PTs, OTs, SLPs, RDs, and RNs on shared patients
- Design behavior plans for IDD clients in home and day-habilitation settings
- Document clinical notes compliant with Texas licensure standards
- Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal mental-health regulations
- Support patients navigating new medical diagnoses, grief, or caregiver burnout
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with medical settings, chronic illness, or IDD valued
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Bilingual Spanish strongly appreciated
- Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
