Registered Nurse — Dallas, TX
About the Role
Our Dallas RNs practice a full skilled-nursing scope — OASIS assessments, wound vac management, infusion nursing, tube-feeding management, and coordination with our broader rehab team. Strong supervision structure, real clinical autonomy, and weekly direct-deposit payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OASIS evaluations and ongoing assessments in patients’ homes
- Deliver wound care including negative-pressure wound therapy
- Manage IV therapy, infusions, and central line maintenance
- Coordinate medication management with primary care providers
- Support tracheostomy, ventilator, and tube-feeding patients
- Teach patients and caregivers on disease self-management
- Document in our proprietary EMR compliant with CMS regulations
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (acute or home health preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Home-health experience and OASIS familiarity strongly valued
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
