Why Universal Rehab in Tyler

Tyler home-health SLPs typically work alone. Our model is different — shared-patient rounds with RDs and OTs, real interdisciplinary collaboration. Our speech pathology service line is built around that integration.

What Speech Pathology Looks Like in Tyler

Tyler's SLP caseload reflects East Texas's healthcare anchors — UT Health East Texas, Christus Mother Frances, and the regional oncology referral pipeline that brings head-and-neck and laryngectomy cases to Tyler from across the Pineywoods. Dysphagia cases come up alongside stroke and Parkinson's volume; voice restoration work appears through the regional oncology landscape; pediatric speech delays come up alongside Texas Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Tyler ISD programs. Cognitive-communication therapy is steady as East Texas's population ages.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits

  • Caseload size you control — SLP visits often run longer
  • Weekly direct-deposit payroll
  • Proprietary EMR with SLP-specific templates
  • CEU support for dysphagia, voice, and AAC certifications
  • Interdisciplinary rounds with RDs and OTs
  • Active referral incentive program
