About the Role

Our Fort Worth RNs run the full skilled-nursing scope — OASIS assessments, wound vac management, infusion nursing, tube-feeding management, and coordination with our broader rehab team. Strong supervision structure, real autonomy, and weekly direct-deposit payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform OASIS evaluations and ongoing assessments
  • Deliver wound care including negative-pressure wound therapy
  • Manage IV therapy and central line maintenance
  • Coordinate medication management with primary care
  • Support tracheostomy, ventilator, and tube-feeding patients
  • Teach patients and caregivers on disease self-management
  • Document in our proprietary EMR per CMS standards

Requirements

  • Active Texas RN license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience (acute or home health preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
  • OASIS familiarity valued
  • Bilingual Spanish appreciated
