About the Role

Our Fort Worth LCSWs deliver full clinical social work — individual and family psychotherapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, substance use work, and behavior planning for IDD. You coordinate with our medical team so behavioral care integrates with physical recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments in patients’ homes or via secure telehealth
  • Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Coordinate with our in-house medical team on shared patients
  • Design behavior plans for IDD clients in home and day-habilitation settings
  • Document clinical notes per Texas licensure standards
  • Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal regulations
  • Support patients adjusting to new diagnoses, grief, or caregiver burnout

Requirements

  • Active Texas LCSW license
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with medical settings, chronic illness, or IDD valued
  • Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
  • Bilingual Spanish valued
  • Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
