About the Role
As a Kerrville / Fredericksburg-area PT, you serve a Texas Hill Country community with a meaningful retirement and tourism demographic alongside the long-time Hill Country resident base.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes across Kerr and Gillespie counties
- Design plans of care for post-surgical, stroke, cardiac, and chronic-pain patients
- Coordinate with our in-house OTs, SLPs, RDs, RNs, and LCSWs on shared patients
- Deliver gait training, balance retraining, and functional mobility work
- Educate caregivers on transfers and home exercise programs
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR on day of service
- Cover Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Ingram, Comfort, and surrounding Hill Country
Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Comfortable with mobile EMR
