About the Role
As a Denton-area PT, you work in DFW metro's rapidly-growing northern corridor. Denton County's population growth has brought significant healthcare infrastructure expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes across Denton County
- Design plans of care for post-surgical, stroke, cardiac, and chronic-pain patients
- Coordinate with our in-house OTs, SLPs, RDs, RNs, and LCSWs on shared patients
- Deliver gait training, balance retraining, and functional mobility work
- Educate caregivers on transfers and home exercise programs
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR on day of service
- Cover Denton, Argyle, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Corinth, and Lake Dallas
Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Experience with neuro rehab, orthopedics, or cardiac rehab valued
- Comfortable with mobile EMR
