Why Universal Rehab in Austin
Austin PT work is in high demand, and high-volume outpatient clinics often burn out clinicians within a few years. We're the opposite: set your caseload, work one-on-one with patients, and get paid weekly. Our physical therapy service line is built around PTs who want to practice the way they were trained.
What Physical Therapy Looks Like in Austin
Austin is the fastest-growing major metro in Texas, and its healthcare footprint is growing with it. Dell Medical School at UT Austin anchors the academic medical community; Ascension Seton, St. David's HealthCare, and Baylor Scott & White all feed into home-health referrals. Our PTs see a diverse caseload — post-surgical orthopedics, post-stroke neuro rehab, cardiac rehab, and a rapidly growing share of retirement-age patients who moved to Austin in the last decade. Austin's geography (I-35 spine, Mopac Expressway, and suburban corridors out through Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Buda, and Kyle) makes sub-area coverage possible — nobody wants to crisscross the metro during rush hour.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Set your caseload — full-time, part-time, or per-diem
- Choose sub-area coverage: downtown/East Austin, North Austin/Round Rock, South Austin/Buda-Kyle, or Cedar Park/Pflugerville
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- Proprietary EMR designed by clinicians
- 24/7 clinical support line
- Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
