About the Role
As a Tyler-area OTA, you carry out OT plans of care, document in our EMR, and partner with supervising OTs. Geographic flexibility across Smith County with patient continuity that is harder to find in metro markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OT interventions prescribed by supervising OTs
- Document patient visits in our proprietary EMR
- Maintain active communication with OTs
- Educate caregivers on transfers and daily-living strategies
- Progress patients through OT plans
- Cover Tyler and surrounding East Texas catchment
- Participate in team in-services
Requirements
- Active Texas OTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- Comfortable with mobile EMR
