Clinical Social Worker — San Antonio, TX
About the Role
Our San Antonio LCSWs practice the full clinical-social-work scope and coordinate with our medical team. Veteran and bilingual patient populations give the work particular dimension and reward.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments in patients’ homes or via secure telehealth
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Coordinate with our in-house medical team
- Design behavior plans for IDD clients
- Document clinical notes per Texas licensure standards
- Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal regulations
- Support patients adjusting to new diagnoses, grief, or caregiver burnout
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with veterans, medical settings, or IDD valued
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
