Clinical Social Worker — Lubbock, TX
About the Role
Our Lubbock-area LCSWs practice the full clinical-social-work scope. Behavioral-health access is genuinely thin in much of West Texas; secure telehealth lets you reach patients who would otherwise have no behavioral-health support at all.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments in homes or via secure telehealth
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Coordinate with our in-house medical team on shared patients
- Design behavior plans for IDD clients
- Document clinical notes per Texas licensure standards
- Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal regulations
- Support patients adjusting to new diagnoses, grief, or caregiver burnout
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
- Experience with rural-mental-health work valued
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
