Clinical Social Worker — Killeen, TX
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments in patients’ homes or via secure telehealth
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Coordinate with our in-house medical team on shared patients
- Design behavior plans for IDD clients
- Document clinical notes per Texas licensure standards
- Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal regulations
- Support patients adjusting to new diagnoses, grief, or military-family transitions
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with veterans, trauma, or military-family populations strongly valued
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
- Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
