Speech-Language Pathologist — Kerrville / Fredericksburg, TX
About the Role
Our Kerrville / Fredericksburg-area SLPs work across the full SLP scope, with a meaningful cognitive-communication caseload given the older Hill Country demographic.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Coordinate dysphagia cases with our in-house registered dietitians
- Provide AAC evaluation and device training
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR
- Collaborate with OT, PT, and nursing on shared patients
- Educate patients and caregivers on home carryover
- Cover Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Hill Country catchment
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP license + ASHA CCC
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Dysphagia and cognitive-communication experience strongly valued
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
