Why Universal Rehab in Beaumont
Beaumont home-health SLPs typically work alone. Our model is different — shared-patient rounds with RDs and OTs. Our speech pathology service line is built around interdisciplinary integration.
What Speech Pathology Looks Like in Beaumont
Beaumont's SLP caseload reflects the Golden Triangle's healthcare anchors — Christus Southeast Texas Health and Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Dysphagia cases come up alongside stroke and Parkinson's volume; voice restoration work appears through the regional oncology landscape; pediatric speech delays come up alongside Texas Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Beaumont ISD programs. Cognitive-communication therapy is steady as the population ages.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Caseload size you control
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll
- Proprietary EMR with SLP-specific templates
- CEU support for dysphagia, voice, and AAC certifications
- Interdisciplinary rounds with RDs and OTs
- Active referral incentive program
