Speech-Language Pathologist — Austin, TX
About the Role
Our Austin SLPs work across the full SLP scope — pediatric, adult, dysphagia, voice, AAC — with real interdisciplinary collaboration. Shared-patient rounds with RDs and OTs are routine, not occasional.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Coordinate dysphagia cases with our in-house registered dietitians
- Provide AAC evaluation and device training
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR
- Collaborate with OT, PT, and nursing on shared patients
- Educate patients and caregivers on home carryover
- Cover Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP license + ASHA CCC
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Dysphagia experience strongly valued
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
