About the Role
Our College Station-area RDs deliver real home-based medical nutrition therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home nutrition assessments
- Deliver medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, CKD, heart failure, cancer, and malnutrition
- Plan and monitor enteral and parenteral nutrition
- Coordinate with our in-house SLPs on dysphagia texture-modified diets
- Provide dietary staff training for partner facilities as needed
- Document visits in our proprietary EMR
- Educate family caregivers on meal planning
Requirements
- Active RD credential with CDR
- Active Texas Licensed Dietitian
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Enteral/parenteral experience valued
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
