What PTA Work Looks Like in Fort Worth
PTA caseload in Fort Worth is varied. Morning post-surgical knee work in Keller, afternoon gait training with a stroke patient in Arlington, then a balance-and-fall-prevention visit in Burleson. Tarrant County is anchored by major hospital systems — Texas Health Harris Methodist and JPS Health Network among them — which keeps orthopedic, neuro, and general medical home-health needs steady across the metro. Tarrant County's aging population drives consistent demand for home-health rehab, and the metro's relatively routable geography means you can structure days logically instead of burning the day in traffic.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Flexible full-time, part-time, or per-diem scheduling
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- Sub-area coverage preferences respected
- Proprietary mobile EMR
- Access to supervising PTs — no gatekeepers
- Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
