Why Universal Rehab in Waco
Waco is Central Texas's mid-corridor hub, sitting between Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin along I-35. Our physical therapy service line is built around one-on-one patient time, no productivity caps, and weekly direct-deposit payroll — the things Waco PTs often tell us their current clinic roles don't offer.
What Physical Therapy Looks Like in Waco
Waco's healthcare anchor is Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest, with Ascension Providence Waco and the broader Providence Healthcare Network rounding out the metro's hospital landscape. Home-health PT here covers post-surgical orthopedic recovery, stroke and Parkinson's neuro rehab, cardiac rehab, and chronic-pain caseloads — alongside aging-in-place work in McLennan County's older neighborhoods. The metro's geography (centered on I-35) makes sub-area coverage easy: stay in central Waco, push west into Woodway and Hewitt, or cover the Bellmead and Lacy Lakeview corridors.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Set your caseload — full-time, part-time, or per-diem
- Sub-area coverage options across McLennan County
- Weekly direct-deposit payroll with transparent per-visit rates
- Proprietary EMR designed by clinicians
- 24/7 on-call clinical support
- Active referral incentive program for clinicians on payroll
