Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role

Physical Therapy Assistants are vital members of our rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of licensed physical therapists, you will help patients achieve their mobility goals and experience the satisfaction of seeing patients progress and recover.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
• Provide gait training and mobility assistance
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment
• Communicate patient progress to supervising therapists

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Valid PTA license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
