About the Role
Our Occupational Therapists help patients achieve independence in their daily lives, working with stroke survivors, children with developmental delays, and workers recovering from injuries. We emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide training in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- NBCOT certification (OTR/L)
- Valid state OT license
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
