Occupational Therapist Assistant — Kerrville / Fredericksburg, TX
About the Role
As a Kerrville / Fredericksburg-area OTA, you carry out OT plans of care, document in our EMR, and partner with supervising OTs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OT interventions prescribed by supervising OTs
- Document patient visits in our proprietary EMR
- Maintain active communication with OTs
- Educate caregivers on transfers and daily-living strategies
- Progress patients through OT plans
- Cover Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Hill Country catchment
- Participate in team in-services
Requirements
- Active Texas OTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- Comfortable with mobile EMR
