Clinical Social Worker — Waco, TX
About the Role
Our Waco-area LCSWs practice the full clinical-social-work scope. You coordinate with our medical team so behavioral care integrates with physical recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments in patients’ homes or via secure telehealth
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Coordinate with our in-house medical team on shared patients
- Design behavior plans for IDD clients
- Document clinical notes per Texas licensure standards
- Maintain confidentiality per Texas and federal regulations
- Support patients adjusting to new diagnoses, grief, or caregiver burnout
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with medical settings, chronic illness, or IDD valued
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Bilingual Spanish appreciated
- Comfortable with secure telehealth platforms
