About the Role
Our Pediatric Therapists work with children from birth through adolescence, addressing developmental delays, congenital conditions, and injuries. This rewarding role combines clinical expertise with creativity and play-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate children with developmental and physical challenges
- Create engaging, play-based treatment activities
- Work with children with autism, cerebral palsy, and other conditions
- Collaborate with parents on home exercise programs
- Communicate with pediatricians and specialists
Requirements
- PT or OT license with pediatric specialization or experience
- Experience with developmental disorders
- Patient, compassionate, and creative demeanor
- Knowledge of pediatric assessments and interventions
- Excellent family communication skills
